This week we are conducting hotspot mapping exercises led by learners with disabilities in partnership with MoES, Mbale District Engineers, Traffic Police, Mbale District Education Office (Dept of Special Needs) and SHAU to identify areas for modifications. Children with disabilities are twice as vulnerable on the road and there is need concerted efforts to ensure that we design better and do better.

I was honoured to join the UN Economic Commission for Europe to facilitate a session on the Future of Road Safety and Mobility within the Pan European region. The 1st ever featured various topics ranging from Energy to Environment, Fashion, and Road Safety etc

UZIMA ARI UGANDA is very excited to have its certificate of completion for the TOSS project in Eastern Uganda that has reached over 20000 youth with roadsafety awareness and advocacy interventions.
