🍷 Limit or avoid alcohol

First time I saw menstrual blood was in my P6 class. The girl stood up and there it was.. blood on her dress. So I told her there was blood on her dress. The whole class turned, some laughed, she was so frustrated... Awareness is key, especially for the opposite s*x, so we could quickly swing into action to help and prevent humiliation.
