Make sure u prepare at least 1 or 2 questions n show the interviewers that u did u homework very well , avoid questions that can easily be answered by looking at the website, don’t also focus on issues of benefits or time off.

At this point Your answer shall reveal u thinking capacity and u thinking aleays determines u career trajectory.

This is u closing argument u should make sure its evidence based and compelling enough. Don’t start replying how u are hard working committed blah blah blah. Provide evidence of relevant results and achievements, highlight u unique qualifications, experiences and skills that make the best fit for the role, tie u answer back to the job description and how u can add value to the team, make sure u articulate u unique values u are also going to bring to the organization. (e.g., “My experience in [skill] and passion for [company mission] make me a strong fit to contribute to [specific goal).

The interviewers want you to show to them how u have thought about growing with them not just growing through them. Here u need to research about the career paths for this role u being interviewed for in the organization, connect u ambitions to company needs n growth by emphasizing on skill development n how u going to contribute to their growth as well. Express u desire n ambition to grow within the organization but don’t be unrealistic n start giving vague generic career aspirations n goals.

Example; “In the next 5 years i see myself becoming the Head of Sales & Marketing leading the great team to increase the revenue of the organization through different sales drive with my great mobiluzation skills n corporate market knowledge in this industry”.
