Uganda Humanist Schools Trust is launching this week a 4 year fundraising programme to help the Humanist Schools in Uganda. We are calling the programme: Uganda Humanist Schools 2028 Sustainability Appeal. We are setting out to raise £130,000 over 4 years. In the First Phase we wish to raise £16,000 to refurbish Kasese Humanist primary schools at Kahendero and Muhokya. Details are in the following blog:

Our pupils at the Kasese Humanist School have concluded doing their Primary Leaving Examinations for 2024.

If all goes well like we know, they will next year be joining Secondary School Education and we are looking forward to it. A total of 59 candidates at our two campuses of Muhokya and Rukoki sat for their final papers.

A Shipment of trendy, stylish and artistically made pens to benefit my teachers at the schools.
It's a gift 🎁 from one of our Long term child sponsor of one of Kasese Humanist Orphans who is currently in secondary school.
Each serving teacher with us will get this GIFT and onbehalf of the school project, we are so thankful for the donation.

As the grounds are still wet, today I have added 100 additional eucalyptus trees 🌳 to our Rukoki school forest.
Each time it rains, my instincts tell me to engage in tree planting and am optimistic in future, I or people who came after me will have deeper reasons to smile.
