• Have hope and a future
2. Assist the young people in being exposed to what it takes to succeed in the real world
3. Introduce positive role – models of success in the market place to these emerging leaders. HOW DO WE DO IT?
1. The IYI CENTRE functions as an event held every school holiday
2. The event is a few days that include activities thatl educate, stimulate and motivate young people to fulfill their dreams. These include talks from market place leaders, small groups’ sessions, music, Soccer and other things.
3. Students who attend the academy are encouraged to attend every year so that they grow and develop.
4. Students are also given practical assignments to do during school time and ongoing communication with the academy. The Academy leadership ensures that students feel accompanied through their lives.

2. To build self esteem, confidence and hope among the youth
3. To guide and help the youth on their journey to adulthood.
4. To empower the youth to lead positive and productive lives
5. To promote experience, sharing and learning among the youth

KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Increased knowledge and acquisition of intellectual skills among the youth
2. Improved experience and information sharing among the youth
3. Accessibility to counseling and guidance and information on health , sexuality and other life issues
4. Improved participation of youth in wealth creation and entrepreneurship development. We decided to use the above methodology because;
It focuses on creating a relationship between the government, public, parents, stakeholders and the youths. Today at JOGINSA, Mr Ntwatwa James Brian dropped a masterclass on the internal shift needed to
end bullying: the difference between Perception and Perspective.

While perception is the mirror of what you think of yourself, perspective is the window, the ability to step outside your own space to understand the world without losing your centre.

The conversation about the future of Uganda’s workforce has begun.
Welcome to the 7th National Career Guidance Day on 20th March 2026 at Kololo Ceremonial grounds.

Today's (16th March 2026) press engagement at the Uganda Media Centre marked an important step toward the 7th National Career Guidance Day organized by Incredible Youth International in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Sports Uganda and the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation Uganda.

Key institutions including the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) , National Information Technology Authority - Uganda, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Uganda Society have guaranteed their presence at the event to guide young people on career choices, job market competitiveness, and opportunities within emerging industries.

The event will provide a platform where students and young professionals can directly interact with experts, innovators, and industry leaders who will share knowledge on how to succeed in a future increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

We invite schools, universities, parents, youth organizations, and the public to join us on 20th March 2026 at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds as we collectively shape the future careers of Uganda’s young generation.
