What’s next? What does the road ahead look like?

For many children in Uganda, that question is real. It’s about staying in school, being seen, and having a chance.

At Kids Lacrosse Africa (KLA), we use sport as the starting point but it goes far beyond the field. Through lacrosse, we open doors to education, mentorship, and opportunity. Today, KLA serves over 300 children across Uganda, walking with them, supporting their families, and building pathways for them to grow into leaders.

Because talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.

The need is constant, school fees, meals, equipment, mentorship, and safe spaces to grow. And that’s why monthly giving matters.

It’s what allows us to plan, stay consistent, and support a child not just today, but for the long term.

In 2022, Sheba was just a baby, quick to tears if someone took her stick, always wanting to be carried, still finding her place in the game.

But something shifted. She started watching. Learning. Trying.
One pass at a time, one ground ball at a time… she grew.

Today, she’s not just playing, she’s coaching. Guiding others. Leading drills. Sharing what she once had to learn herself.
