The second class in Kameke registered 83 church leaders! The Lord is truly moving in this place that has been blinded by false teaching. May the Lord open the eyes of these leaders and send them out to multiply.

Last week, there was an introductory conference in Soroti. More than 15 leaders confessed Jesus as Lord and Savior!

Before proclaiming the Gospel, I asked how many people were saved every hand went up except 1 person who said he wasn't sure.

When I finished preaching through 1 Corinthians 15:1-5, I asked again how many people heard the Gospel similar to what I had just preached and only half of the hands went up. I then asked how many wanted to give their lives to Christ now that they have heard the true Gospel about 20 hands went up including the one who wasn't sure of their salvation, and they said the prayer of confession. (At least 15 out of those boldly raised their hands after the prayer affirming they had just received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior).

Please continue praying for the rest of the leaders so that in case any of them did not rise their had out of fear that the Holy Spirit will bring them to repentance before Christ Jesus. - Jacob Kasule

"I am thanking God for His protection upon my life as I drive long distances every month. I have just calculated this evening, and I have driven a distance of 9,220 kmiles between January and today. This 32 year old van has been a faithful companion.

Thank you for your continued prayers as I travel these Ugandan roads. Please continue praying for my old car to still serve. I hope I can get another car so I keep on the ROAD for Christ.

On the shores of Lake Kyoga, Uganda, is a small fishing village named Galiliya. This Ugandan village is named after the region of Galilee where most of Jesus' earthly ministry occurred. Jesus was at work in Galilee and is still at work in Galiliya. This class is currently one of the hardest to reach. Almost every term, someone's vehicle needs serious repairs after teaching. When class began, we realized that several of these churches were sharing one copy of the Bible. It was torn in sections and rotated between them. At graduation, each student received their very own cherished copy of God's Word.

July 30th, we celebrated another graduation in Amuria, Uganda. Amuria class was made up of a mix of Teso and Karamajong peoples. For years, we prayed for opportunities to bring training to the Karamajong. We didn't have a teacher who could speak the language. In recent years, we have found locations that enabled us to teach in English. Amuria is now the 4th course we have graduated with Karamajong students.

Handing out certificates is the definition of celebration! The entire family comes up to be awarded the certificate together. Everyone joins in celebrating the accomplishment. It's not just the accomplishment, but a celebration of what the Lord has done in each of their family members!
