Hi my beautiful family, greetings, hope you all had a blessed church services! We had a great service, it rained so heavily and we had to have in indoor with our precious sons and daughters!
I felt sharing with you about the Promises of God!
Have you ever had someone break a promise to you? It hurts. It shakes our trust. But here’s the good news: God is not like us. He never breaks a promise. He cannot lie (Titus 1:2), and He does not change like shifting shadows (James 1:17).
The Greatest Promise is Christ
The verse says every promise is “Yes” in Jesus. What does that mean? All of God’s promises—forgiveness, peace, purpose, eternal life—find their fulfillment in Christ. Do you need salvation? Jesus is the promise of mercy. Do you need strength? Jesus is the promise of presence: “I am with you always.” Do you fear death? Jesus is the promise of resurrection. When you feel unworthy of God’s promises, remember: they are not based on your performance, but on Christ’s finished work.
Maybe today you feel like a promise has failed. You’ve prayed for healing, for a wayward child, for provision—and you’re still waiting. Take heart. The cross is God’s ultimate “I love you” and His ultimate “I will keep My word.” What He has promised, He is able to perform (Romans 4:21).
Stand on His promises. Your circumstances will shift. Your feelings will fade. But the Word of our God stands forever. Amen.
