IF THIS IS SO, THEN YOU ARE A HERO!!

If you have walked with God when no one was watching,
and chosen integrity when compromise looked easier,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have risen before dawn, laboured through weariness,
carried burdens others never noticed,
and still returned home with a smile and a prayer,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have loved your spouse not merely in words,
but in patience, sacrifice, forgiveness, and faithfulness;
if you have stood beside them through sunshine and storm,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have raised children, guided the young,
encouraged the weak, corrected with kindness,
and planted values that will bear fruit long after your voice grows quiet,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have supported the Church with your prayers,
your service, your resources, and your presence;
if you have built God's house without demanding your name be written on every brick,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have loved your nation enough to be honest,
worked diligently, respected others, paid the price of citizenship,
and left your corner of the world better than you found it,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have resisted the temptations that promised pleasure but delivered chains;
if you have fled sin, pursued righteousness,
and understood that character is worth more than applause,
*then you are a hero.*

If you have chosen reconciliation over division,
peace over quarrels, truth over rumours,
and built bridges where others preferred walls,
*then you are a hero.*

If your children still call you for advice after becoming adults,
if your spouse still smiles when your name appears on the phone,
if your pastor knows you more for service than excuses,
and if Heaven has not yet filed a complaint against your conduct -
then you are doing remarkably well!

For those who live for God, bless their families, strengthen the Church, serve their nation, and sow seeds of love that outlive them, are not merely successful people.

They are the true heroes.
