ical parrable of 'Good Samaritan' meaning helping others through the name of the Lord himself with a belief that he is the one to reward you back for such a kind work. Through this parrable we do our work , we act as legs for the lame ones and eyes for the blind ones as we surrender the small we have to these children. Aids infection is a serious disease that has already dominated in our country Uganda causing a number of orphans after their parents setting off to death. We [SAFO] we reach them in their communities, gather them for prayers then afterwe strengthen them that God is with them and He loves them. Human are those children in stiff poverty that even their parents live a very poor life thus leaving them alone or else children leave their homes for streets as an option for survival which is worse and risky. No care, no schoolfees at home meaning no studying indicating a life of no future, hopless kind of life in this modern world we are going through
Drug abuse becomes the order of the day when they emback on street life and there they later on become useless to their world because of no body minding about them and so here we stand[SAFO] to save their lives from such a depth with our motto ' The making of the parrable of good samaritan
OUR MISSION
[SAFO] is a pro-life giving ministry whose mission and mandate is to uphold the sanctity of human life and endeavoring to meet the physical, spiritual and emotional needs to the HIV/AIDS orphans and widows facing welfare problems. We will realize that it’s the duty of the church to reveal the father’s heart to the orphans and widows (James 1:27). Therefore the church holds the solution to defeating this deadly disease. Children suffer because of AIDS even when they don't have the disease themselves. When a parent dies, a child's world collapses. Depression, anxiety and hopelessness are common as a child tries to adjust to life without his or her parents. And if dealing with misery isn't difficult enough, children are sometimes shunned by the community because they are feared. At a time when they need emotional support, people often turn away. If two of you shall agree touching something on earth and pray to the father, it will be done (Mathew 18:19) we have assurance when we come up to the Father in Yah's Name that we receive what we ask for. That the church would take action with the compassion of our father to all those who are affected and infected by the HIV/AIDS crisis. e are His re-preventatives here on earth so we can do what He would have done so it’s not by our authority but He that we represent. That father touches many Volunteers around the World so that they can give their hearts and their lives to care for people affected and or infected by HIV/AIDS, Orphans left behind as a result & Vulnerable Children. Your gifts will support programs that provide care to people with AIDS and their families, including home-based care and hospice programs. A gift of $30 or more per month can supply the resources, including medication, Education, food, hygiene items, to care for one orphan. Currently Uganda About 100,000 people on ARVs but only 10,000 are children. The number of children infected globally continues to grow each year, in 2003 there where 500,000 new infections. Currently there are 2.3 million children living with HIV/AIDS globally. The medical needs facing mission hospitals and other medical facilities are enormous.
