HE IS RISEN 🌅
The tomb is empty.
Death is defeated.
Hope has triumphed!
Today we rejoice in the glorious resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
May His resurrection power bring you joy, peace, and renewed faith this Easter.
Happy Easter 🙏

Indeed: Greater love has no one than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends. John 15: 13

On this Good Friday, let's remember Jesus's beautiful love and sacrifice for us all. Just as He cared for the children with open arms, we work every day to care for the children here in Uganda with kindness, support and hope.
Every act of love we share helps our children build a brighter future. Thank you for walking with us. May your heart be filled with peace today.

Today we reached the roofing stage, and the iron sheets are now up. What started as just dug up holes, is slowly becoming a safe home for this grandmother and her two grandchildren. We are grateful to God and to everyone who continues to pray, encourage, and support this work. Step by step, we are building more than a house, we are building hope and a safe environment for Charles and Christine.

This morning we began building a small home for an elderly grandmother who is raising her two grandchildren, who are both into our education sponsorship program, (Charles and Christine.) For a long time, she has been doing her best to care for them with very little, yet her faith and strength remain inspiring. This is the first home building project of this kind for our ministry, and as we laid the first hands on work today for such a project, we were reminded that sometimes God’s work begins with very small steps, a few hands, some poles, and hearts willing to serve. The Bible reminds us: “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”

This house may look simple, but to this family it will mean safety and comfort. We believe this is only the beginning. Our prayer is that this effort grows into a house repair ministry that can help many more families in need.

If you would like to be part of this mission through prayer, encouragement, volunteering, or supporting with building materials we warmly welcome you to join us. Together, we can build more houses yo many more struggling families out there.

Merry Christmas from us here at Maari Foundation. Today as we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, we also celebrate the joy and love He brings into our lives and share the same with the families and children who need it most.

This way, we gift them with food supplies, a good health and education. Be part of us in bringing our dream to reality of setting up a safe learning environment next year to nurture and teach them into the values that glorify God and build our community.

We’re halfway through our Giving Tuesday journey, and today our hearts are full. 🤍
Thanks to your generosity, Maari Foundation was able to distribute Christmas Baskets today to families in need bringing food, gifts, and hope right to their homes. Each Christmas basket costs $27, and for families facing extra challenges, we add a special support envelope of $15 to help with urgent needs such as medical care.

Today reminded us why this work matters so much. We discovered that one of our children is still healing after a circumcision surgery, and another guardian was unwell. Because of your support, these families received the special envelope to help ease their burden during this difficult time.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has already given. Your kindness is not just generosity, it is compassion in action. And we’re not done yet. Let’s keep the momentum going and reach more families with love, dignity, and encouragement this Christmas. Every contribution makes a real difference. Thank you for standing with us and with the families we serve. If you feel led, we humbly invite you to visit our GoFundMe and consider supporting our dream of building a school in Tororo.

Seeing brother Tim's grandchildren, Evelyn and Emily get involved by donating some of their clothes to some of our children in Uganda has truly touched our hearts. Their hands are extending kindness and compassion many miles away already. They have blessed over 21 children with a gift so special to a girl here as simple as a dress. This has not left any of them the same with such joy that says we should do this again. If you feel led, we humbly invite you to visit our GoFundMe and consider supporting our dream of building a school in Tororo.

This Christmas, we chose to give the most memorable gift: Education. Every child deserves the chance to dream, learn and build a brighter future. It also means giving them an opportunity to spiritual awakening through learning and socialising in a given safe environment. Making this possible for every child is our goal.

Help us make a difference in the lives of children across Uganda this Tuesday.

Always grateful for these children, their smiles, their joy. Moments like these remind me of why we do what we do, to share hope, love and give an opportunity to every child we reach with the gospel of the Love of Christ.

Every small act of kindness we share to those in need creates a ripple of change in their lives.

Early this year, we decided to plant trees as part of our journey towards a greener future. So far, we have planted approximately 5,000 trees, and by God’s grace they are growing wonderfully well. We initially started off with planting Eucalyptus in bigger numbers as they normally the ones on higher demand for timber and poles, then we went ahead and introduced Pine as well but in a small number. One interesting thing about Pine is that it produces very quality timber for most of the modern furniture especially when it has matured well.

Orherwise, although it has taken a lot of work and care to reach this point, and with still even more work to do to a point where they are safe and healthier, we are grateful for every step. Our dream is to plant over 100,000 trees by 2050 once more land becomes available.

We look ahead with hope, trusting that these trees will bring shade, clean air, and blessings for generations to come. 🌎✨️

Dear friends and family! We thank God so much and thank all of you who prayed, gave and stood with Pauline. Because of your love she had her surgery and is healing well. Her progress is very encouraging and our hearts are full of gratitude.

For now, Pauline still has to go back to the hospital for reviews twice a week every Monday and Thursday. Each visit costs about $73 for transport and medical expenses. We humbly ask, if anyone feels led, please continue to pray for her and help us meet these costs so she can recover safely without complications. Every little bit and every prayer means a lot.

May the Lord bless you richly for all you’ve already done for this precious girl.
