Double Hope for Orphans and Needy We are a team of Christian founded organization, based in idudi, Iganga district, aimed at catering To ensure general development of the community.

Double Hope for Orphans and Needy (DHON) is a registered community based organization based in Iganga, district Idudi. This organization was put in place, on finding out that the community is facing several challenges more so orphans, needy, poverty, diseases, and illiteracy. We believe to have a role to play in eradicating the situation. We therefore decided to develop the totally orphaned childr

en, the needy and the community at large in social, health, spiritual and economic aspects as far as standards of living are concerned. In implementing the plan, we have set-up a community school in which we are educating now 200 kids. The needy and the total orphans obtains quality education free of charge. OUR OBJECTIVES

To promote education and discipline among the orphans and needy children. To construct schools where orphaned and needy children can access quality education. To construct the orphan’s homes to give proper shelter to the homeless orphans. To promote talents and pass life planning skills to the orphans and needy children under our care. To increase awareness on HIV/AIDS scourge to the community members.

Praise God,we had a beautiful meeting with guardians and parents of sponsored kids.Taught them.the value of education,how to care for the kids and love Jesus. Stancia at university also came and testified of how God has been faithful to her through Double hope,EEI and her sponsor.Every one admired her and assured the parents she is finishing her studies this year.

We add hope not only to kids but also to the staff of Double hope. Today was staff Sunday where the teachers, metron,cooks and security guards led the Sunday service. They les the church in preaching, praise and worship, urshering,untercession,programing and everything in the church. It was all for the glory of God.
