We over the weekend carried out an Integrated community outreach in Nakilurwe village where our team brought healthcare services to the doorstep, offering malaria treatment, family planning, TB screening, HIV services, and referrals.

with support from the Heroes 4 GTA program, we are carrying out a Whole School Approach, Personal Hygiene and Sanitation Education assessments in 20 schools under the heroes program within Iganga.
The assessments are being followed up by workplan development to address identified gaps thus promoting proper sanitation and a healthier environment for all.

We yesterday participated in the national stakeholders’ engagement organized by Anti corruption Coalition Uganda under the Strengthening Youth and Civil Society Engagement with Government in Uganda project The session included field‑based sharing on the status of service delivery and accountability gaps in health education and livelihood sectors.

With support from The Uganda Aids Commission in partnership with Uganda Development Health Associates UDHA, we today attended a one‑day orientation workshop for all Community‑Based Organizations and Civil Society Organizations implementing HIV/AIDS programs under the The The Global Fund project.

The workshop was part of the national accreditation framework set by the UGANDA AIDS COMMISSION Act, which mandates UAC to regulate and oversee HIV & AIDS interventions in Uganda.

The accreditation process ensures partners meet national standards on governance, accountability, financial management, program quality, and alignment with Uganda’s HIV/AIDS strategic priorities.

Compliance with this accreditation is a legal requirement and essential for continued involvement in HIV/AIDS programming in Uganda.
