Charis orphanage CHARIS Orphanage is located in Bugarama Subcounty, Ibanda District in Western Region-Uganda, Africa, not far from Mountain Rwenzori.

Charis Orphanage is a child care organization in Uganda currently supporting orphans and vulnerable children in Ibanda District in Western Uganda through providing Shelter, Education, Feeding and Clothing In 2015, CHARIS Orphanage Four programs serve some of the poorest and most vulnerable populations of children, the elderly, and families. For this purpose, the orphanage opened its doors to 9 c

hildren, 6 of whom were double orphans (those who have lost both parents), having lost their parents to HIV / AIDA, TB, Malaria and other fatal diseases and the number of children needing care is increasing slowly after time and also do offer care to the elderly especially the windows who have no care from any relative and in need. CHARIS Orphanage delivers services in crucial areas of need: Education and health care, shelter, food and clothing. Therefore, we transform lives of orphans and disadvantaged children, the elderly and widows by providing a safe, family environment when HOPE is lost.
