ABOUT US
Mid-western Region Anti-Corruption Coalition is a registered indigenous nongovernmental organization with Uganda NGO Board since 2012 with over 28 active member NGOs and community groups. Mid-western Region Anti-Corruption Coalition (MIRAC) is a regional network of CSOs operating in seven districts of Bunyoro/Mid-western region of Masindi, Hoima, Buliisa, Kiryandogo, Kakumiro, kagadi and Kibaale. MIRAC has built capacity to engage citizens, CSOs, government, private sector, media and other development partners to embrace and respond to development interventions for effective participation and social empowerment.
MIRAC aspires to attain a Vision of ‘realizing a corruption free and equitably developed society’.
Mission of “Creating platforms that amplify voices of community and like-minded agencies to fight against corruption, ensure transparency and accountability among all service providers”.
