In the past months, you have seen fewer updates on this platform, and we wanted to share why.
Behind the silence has been a difficult season for our organisation, with significant challenges and important decisions.
It has not been easy, but after much reflection, we have made the hard decision to pause and close our local operations in Uganda in their current form temporarily.
While funding constraints have been part of this development, broader structural challenges have also played a role.
Our German association continues to operate, and we are working toward sustainable ways forward. Our priority remains the wellbeing and continuity of support for the children and youth we have been working with during this transition.
We deeply thank everyone who has supported this work over the years. We are grateful for the impact we have created together and hope to share more positive updates in the near future, we will keep you posted!
