Needs And Resources Identification In (CHE)
When individuals, families and Communities identify their own Needs, challenges/Problems and the Resources at their disposal, they are in position to solve their own challenges. Let's be willing to help communities to identify their problems and also give them the chance to solve their own problems using the locally available resources to them there by ensuring SUSTAINABILITY in this Community Transformation/Development Journey.
