Yesterday in partnership with GDPU, we were at Ogul P.7 school in Gulu district.

We trained girls & boys on life skills + menstrual health.

Boys learned how to support girls and together we made reusable pads.

Grateful to the Deputy Head Teacher for welcoming us & calling us to keep mentoring these young people to reduce drop out rate.

We wrapped up the week with a powerful mentorship session and menstrual hygiene management training at Parabongo P7. It wasn't just about providing sanitary towels, but about giving life skills training, breaking the stigma and equipping our girls with the knowledge to manage their periods with confidence and dignity. Let's talk about it!

We joined the Gulu City Public Dialogue & Walk organized by UNDP to stand against Gender Based Violence, champion efforts to keep girls in school, promote youth empowerment & advance climate action. This resonates with our area of work and let’s continue with the conversation.
