Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become very crucial for community development as it enhances communication, provides access to information, and fosters economic growth. It greatly empowers communities by improving access to services, education, and healthcare, while also creating new opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship. Battery Operated Systems for Community Outreach Uganda (Bosco-Uganda Limited) wants to ensure that the people of Northern Uganda get the best out of ICT providing access to information, promoting peace, and focusing on social and economic development.
"Bosco-Uganda Limited in a Great Dreams for Information and Communication Technology Solutions" having launched a Strategic Plan 2025-2029 with good objectives; to promote the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and innovations, to promote/enhance community livelihood and economic development, to promote peace, unity and intercultural dialogue in the community, to promote renewable energy, and environmental justice, and to strengthen institutional governance and development. We are committed and we'll always do Information and Communication Technology Use and Innovations, Community Livelihood Enhancement, Evangelization, Peace-building, Intercultural Dialogue, Renewable Energy and Environmental Justice, and Institutional Capacity Development Strategy. "Touching the lives of the people and being always in the same need for positive impacts remain our greatest desire and interest for the people of Northern Uganda."
Bosco-Uganda Limited: "Connecting People, Preserving Culture" enhancing communication and providing access to information, and fostering intercultural dialogue. We love to see communities getting quality ICT and the empowerment of the communities for the creation of peace-building, social, and economic development for everyone mainly with much attention for the rural communities living in Northern Uganda.
Bosco-Uganda Limited: "Connecting People, Preserving Culture" and as her overall goal is to promote ICT usage in rural communities for social justice, inclusiveness, and development we are always connecting people and preserving culture together through Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
