a) To have a forum that will enhance the capacity building and advocacy among the youth and the general public in Uganda. b) To serve as a resource and information center for youths, communities and other concerned parties involved in projects with the youths and communities as a whole. c) To train and instruct the youths in undertakings that are geared towards the cultivation of a spirit of self-reliance, symbolic interdependence and improvement of mutual development oriented skills. d) To reduce the incidence of drug and substance abuse, juvenile delinquencies and youth involvement in crime and other risky behaviors like prostitution
