In Uganda, many young girls miss up to 20% of the school year simply because they can not afford sanitary pads. When we talk about keeping girls in school, we have to talk about menstrual dignity. It’s time to bridge the gap and ensure that no girl is left behind because of a basic human need.

We train young girls to make their own reusable sanitary Pads to help them keep in school..
