DIG Foundation seeks to impact on the next generation youth and women leaders and decision makers in the district and region with good morals and hard work attitude through supporting and encouraging them access education, continuous moral lessons and guidance. Values
Equality: Education should be provided to all regardless of race, ethnicity and location in the district. Though our emphasis is on girls, 3 out of 10 youth we shall support will be boys, for equality on gender and boys have a role to support girls. More attention should go to the youth that are having more challenges that affect their access to secondary education. Girls first: Whatever DIG foundation does, girls are considered first because of the numerous education challenges that affect them in the District, in the country and globally. This is driven by our belief that we can impact on a girl child and give her a bright future. Responsible: At DIG Foundation we have a duty to do what our stakeholders expect from us and we should be ready to be accountable for every action. It is important to us that our mission does not stop with the youth and children we support. We want to be a blessing to our community and schools in the district and region. We aim at growing a committed team that will hold moral lesson, guidance sessions, and motivational talks in schools. We shall partner with churches, schools, district leaders and health workers because these partners have opportunities for supporting children.
