Menstruation is a normal part of life, yet many girls and women still face stigma, limited access to products, and challenges that affect their education and wellbeing.

In rural Uganda, access to menstrual health resources and safe conversations remains limited. At TOONDA, we create spaces for open dialogue, provide menstrual health education, and support women producing reusable sanitary pads within their communities.

Menstrual health impacts confidence, opportunity, health, and dignity — and it matters to everyone.
