Listen to the birds
Singing sweet songs
Announcing the breaking of the new day
They are satisfied and happy
Very jolly with no strain
They are satisfied in man’s garden
Listen to the birds and rush out to work
Listen to the birds singing
Warning us to wake up and work
The lazy one ignores and snores
Poverty the invited guest, could reduce us to a beggars state
Listen to the birds and wake up to work
Listen to the birds singing
Students pick up your books and read
Government workers travel to places of work
Farmers, it’s time for milk. The calves are crying.
It is time for harvesting, any delay birds will enjoy the yields
