The Beresi Family We are a family CONNECTING with other families for KINGDOM MISSION. The Kingdom Mission is MANIFESTING Heaven on Earth. Being Relevant”.

We equip families (children, youths & adults) with this Kingdom mindset... This family has a relational network of blood and non-blood relationships (natural family, friends, neighbours…)
It was born when Deo and Anne got married on July 20th, 2012. They have been blessed with a baby boy named Azel Beresi who was born on April 14th 2015. They believe that God is a family (Father, Spirit and Son) and since we are created in His image, life tends to have meaning when people function as a Family. So as the Beresi Family, we are a missional Community ready to take territories on Earth. Actually our slogan as a missional community is “Taking Territory. We are here to take territories in the entertainment word, finances, schools….mentioned but a few. So we do this together with other families that we have discipled as we be agents together of heaven manifesting on Earth-a mission we believe God has called each one of us to fulfill. In other words, as Christians, we believe so much in discipleship. Deo and Anne Beresi reside in Entebbe and have led one of the Campuses of Worship Harvest Ministries, specifically, Worship Harvest Entebbe. Deo Beresi is a teacher of the Gospel and Anne Beresi is a worship leader and teaches music. Deo Beresi has so far authored two books; one is titled “Be Established by the Finished Work” and the other “Repentance”. As a family, we are here to cause commotion in the Kingdom of darkness by overriding its systems and and re-establish the systems of the Kingdom of God. These are our values which help us in creating our culture that overrides those systems. Our values spring from the acronym of WHIRL. That is;

Intimacy
Rejoice
Love
This is what keeps us together!

STEP BY STEP, TALENT BY TALENT AND, CHILD BY CHILD... WATCHING OUR CHILDREN GROW TOGETHER!

Our Saturday was filled with music, learning, laughter, and beautiful moments at Family Growth Church!

The children came together for rehearsals, learning musical instruments, singing, and dancing. But one moment truly warmed our hearts: one of the children took the initiative to teach another child how to play the drums!

Isn't that beautiful? What started as learning is slowly becoming sharing, teamwork, and leadership. These children are not only discovering their talents; they are also learning to help one another grow.

Sometimes, the most meaningful progress happens in the simplest moments. One child learns, another teaches, and together they become better. That is how we build confidence, nurture talent, and develop a spirit of teamwork from an early age.

At Family Growth Church, we are passionate about raising children who discover their gifts, use them confidently, and inspire others along the way.

We are growing step by step, talent by talent, and child by child.

The Danger of Thinking You Know It All! | Wisdom in a Minute – Day 2

Did you know that one of the biggest obstacles to wisdom is believing you have nothing left to learn?

In Proverbs 1:5, the Bible teaches us that wise people keep listening, learning, and seeking guidance. Whether you're a businessperson, a husband or wife, a student, or a talented footballer, growth stops when you stop being teachable.

You may be intelligent, experienced, or successful, but there's always something new to learn. Sometimes, the advice you resist is exactly what you need to hear!

Today's challenge: Listen before you respond. Accept correction without getting defensive. Stay humble enough to grow.

SUNDAY VIBES WITH SUPERBOOK TIME: JOSEPH AND PHARAOH! A GROWING CHILDREN’S MINISTRY, ONE STEP AT A TIME!

It was another beautiful time of learning, discovery, and growing in God’s Word as our children explored the story of Joseph and Pharaoh through Superbook!

Through Joseph’s story, we are helping our children discover important lessons about trusting God, remaining faithful, and understanding that even when life takes unexpected turns, God is still at work.

But guess what? We have another beautiful challenge!

We recently added four dining tables to create more space for our children, and already, all four are fully occupied! What a beautiful problem to have! The little ones keep coming, learning, singing, asking questions, and growing together.

We may not be growing overnight, but we are growing steadily, step by step, slow but sure. Every child matters, every lesson counts, and every small improvement is worth celebrating.

From adding tables to nurturing young hearts through God’s Word, we are grateful for every milestone in this journey.

One child at a time. One lesson at a time. One step at a time. We are growing!

SUNDAY VIBES, WHEN TEACHERS BECOME FAMILY!

Something beautiful happens when children feel loved, safe, and free to be themselves!

This time, their teacher, Anne, decided to surprise the children with a performance, but before long, the little ones joined her on stage and turned the moment into a beautiful celebration!

Do you see them coming onto the stage and living something? They went out picked out leaves and pretended it was money. So they were giving money to their teacher as a sign of appreciating. 😊

Watching how freely they interact with her, laugh, sing, and enjoy themselves is a beautiful reminder that teaching goes beyond lessons. It is also about building trust, creating joyful memories, and making children feel loved and valued.

And guess what? We are already catching the Christmas fever! The joy, the music, the laughter, and these precious little moments are getting us ready for a wonderful Christmas season.

At Family Growth Church, we believe that growing in faith should be joyful, relational, and full of love!

LITTLE VOICES, BIG DREAMS! Our Children Are Finding Their Voices!

Something beautiful is happening at Family Growth Church! Our children are becoming more confident in sharing their testimonies in English, and we couldn't be more excited to watch them grow.

During this moment, the children expressed their confidence in speaking English, opening up a wonderful conversation about language, identity, and the importance of communication.

We reminded them that our local languages are a gift, not a weakness! They connect us to our roots, culture, and heritage, and we should always be proud of them. At the same time, we want our children to develop the confidence to communicate in English and other languages that can help them connect with the wider world.

Because our children are not only preparing for opportunities around them; they are preparing for a world full of possibilities. We believe God has great purposes for their lives, and we want to help equip them for whatever lies ahead.

And guess what? Something exciting is in the works! We are currently designing a Public Speaking Course for Children to help them build confidence, express their thoughts clearly, share their faith, and speak boldly in front of others.

We are raising children who know their roots, value their identity, and have the confidence to let their voices be heard anywhere in the world!

SUNDAY VIBES: When the Sound Fails, the Praise Goes On!

Our children at Family Growth Church reminded us of something beautiful this Sunday: you don’t need perfect sound to give God your best praise!

When the sound from our little guitar became too faint for the children to hear, they didn’t give up. They started clapping their hands, singing together, and before we knew it, they had taken over the entire praise and worship session!

It was a beautiful moment of joyful worship, childlike faith, and pure love for God. Watching these little ones praise Him with all their hearts reminds us that worship comes from within, not from the quality of our sound system.

We are raising a generation that loves God, grows in faith, and expresses that faith with joy. These are the little moments that make our children's ministry so special!

SUNDAY SERVICE WITH THE KIDS | PRAISE, PRAYER & THE TOWER OF BABEL

Another beautiful Sunday with our children! From joyful praise and worship to prayer, laughter, interaction and learning, the kids had an amazing time discovering God and His Word.

Today, we continued our Superbook series with the story of The Tower of Babel. The children watched, listened, asked questions and interacted with the lesson as they discovered what the Bible teaches us about pride, obedience, unity and putting God at the centre of our lives.

What makes this journey so special is seeing the children genuinely excited about the Bible and learning about God. They are not just watching Bible stories; they are asking questions, praying, participating and growing in their faith.

This is what Sunday School and children's ministry should be about: creating a safe, joyful and interactive environment where children can know God, love His Word and grow in their relationship with Him.
