We at Hope for Joy Foundation are committed to providing nutritional, educational and general care to orphans, street children and other Extremely Vulnerable Individuals especially those affected by HIV / AIDS and other serious conflicts in Uga

We do feel that the purpose of attainment of our goals and objectives is to cultivate a genuine and responsible sense of unity, cooperation, dignity and to promote the general welfare of all members of the communities we intend to operate in. Due to the meager resources, the organization seeks to establish its initial operations in Entebbe, Wakiso District before spreading to the rest of the countryside. Wakiso District is one of the areas most hit by the HIV/AIDS scourge and its location being close to different landing sites makes it more prone to the problem. Such a scenario definitely presents other HIV/AIDS related problems thereby justifying our measures to try and address the situation in the area. General Information
Women and children have been identified as the most vulnerable groups in society as a result of the AIDS scourge. Many women are left with a challenge of bearing the responsibility of managing and heading households after death of their husbands. Many children are also born infected with the virus, some end up dropping out of school, engagement in child labor and consequently resorting to the streets thus continuing the cycle. We aim at proclaiming the goodness by demonstrating God's love and mercy to destitute children
