Today we had our present their final internship reports and project ideas where we assessed their activities implemented in the four months of their placement.

We are happy for the learnt and shared during this time.

Much appreciation goes to the for the efforts put to supervise and support the students. Gratitude also goes to our partner organisations and support systems that made this a success.

We want to acknowledge our students more especially the from Arteveldehogeschool Arts In Medicine Fellowship for the commendable work implemented. Also to Nkumba University for the exchange program opportunity offered to them.

We believe that we have impacted you to be professional and able to help the world become a better place through and other activities.

Today, we kick off our first activity - at St. Dennis Vocational School Nkumba

The main agenda is to create among youth by integrating sports and mental health. Activities will include; Football, Netball, Volleyball and other fun games. We will also have Drug and Substance assessments and other Mental health services like counseling.

World Su***de Prevention Day – September 10th, 2025
Theme: Changing the Narrative on Su***de

Every year, millions of people around the world struggle silently with thoughts of su***de. In Africa, stigma, criminalization, and lack of access to mental health care continue to push vulnerable individuals further into isolation. But silence is not safety, and shame is not healing.
This year, we rise to change the narrative.

Su***de is not a crime. It is a human crisis. It is a call for compassion, understanding, and support. On this day, we honor those we’ve lost, uplift those who are still fighting, and commit to building communities where mental health is treated with dignity and urgency.

Let’s talk. Let’s listen. Let’s act.

Join us in creating a world where hope is louder than despair, and every life is valued.
