This Short course has been designed with the overall aim of developing efficient HOME-BASED CAREGIVERS with the relevant skills, and knowledge, to provide primary nursing care, attend to the psychosocial needs of the elderly and maintain a safe living environment. It provides the basic training required to perform elderly care tasks in any setting with the emphasis on the understanding of patient needs, basic knowledge of diseases, and disability management of elderly.Registration is ongoing for the November intake both residential and non residential
