A strategic retreat at the RSCE in Entebbe has brought together government and national actors, MONUSCO, the UN RCO, and UN agencies - uniting efforts to strengthen the institutionalization and implementation of the Youth, Peace and Security (YPS) agenda in the DRC under MONUSCO’s renewed mandate (UNSCR 2808).

This first of its kind retreat is focused on aligning collective action with the DRC’s National Action Plan, moving beyond advocacy toward concrete, youth-led peace initiatives, particularly in the conflict-affected regions.
