- Promote hygiene and sanitation.
- Promote Education, religious and culture, protect child rights violence against women.

- Increase access to affordable quality health care, sexual reproductive health and HIV/AIDS youth, children and persons with disabilities.
- Provide a safe shelter and family like environment for orphans and other vulnerable children.
