We give glory to God for the incredible harvest — 45 people gave their lives to Christ, accepting Him as their Lord and Savior. Heaven rejoiced, and so did we!

What a beautiful and impactful service it was as we gathered believers from all our Mission Communities (MCs) for a time of fellowship, unity, and spiritual renewal.

Ps. Ross ministered powerfully on “The Power in the Blood of Jesus,” reminding us of the victory, redemption, and new life we have through Christ.
Such moments testify that God is faithfully working through every Mission Community, bringing hope, salvation, and transformation.

We were truly blessed to welcome our dear friends from the USA, led by Ps. Ross and Jennifer Ge**er, to Afaayo Africa Ministries. Together with the Afaayo team, they reached out to families within our Missional Communities (MCs), sharing the Word of God, offering prayers, and bringing encouragement to many hearts.

Their visit was marked by genuine love in action as they provided food packages to families in need. In this challenging season of financial hardship, this support came as a timely blessing, filling homes not only with provision but also with joy, hope, and reassurance that they are not forgotten.

We thank God for this beautiful time of fellowship and impact. Our sincere appreciation to Ps. Ross and Jennifer Ge**er, Shawn, C-Jay for their kindness, generosity, and for being vessels of God’s love to our communities.

Simon’s journey is a powerful testimony of how one act of compassion can completely change a life.
Growing up in a family where providing for basic needs was a daily struggle, Simon’s education was often interrupted. School fees were difficult to meet, and he was frequently sent home, missing valuable lessons and falling behind.

“My education didn’t move on well due to problems with school fees. I was chased home many times and missed a lot of lessons.”

Despite these challenges, Simon remained committed to serving in church and participating in ministry activities. It was during a mission outreach that his life took a turning point.

Yolanda, who was part of the mission team, was deeply moved by Simon’s genuine love for God and his dedication to serving at such a young age. She saw beyond his circumstances and recognized a young man with purpose.
During one of the Kids Gather programs, while Simon was faithfully serving the children, he was called by Ps Grace and given the life-changing news that he had been chosen for sponsorship.

“At that moment, I was overwhelmed with joy… I could hardly believe it and didn’t know how to put my excitement into words.”

Today, Simon is in school, learning without interruption, and confidently pursuing his dream of becoming a doctor.

“Through this sponsorship, I can see my dream coming true, I believe I will achieve it.”

His story is a reminder that when someone chooses to see potential and respond with love, lives are transformed.

Meet Silvia, a Primary 7 student in her final year of primary school, with a deep love for English, growing confidence in debate, and a powerful dream of becoming a doctor to serve those who cannot afford care.

Behind her smile is a story many don’t see a home where her mother struggles to provide, where basic needs are not always guaranteed, and where education could easily have remained out of reach.
But sponsorship changed her story.
Today, Silvia is in school. She is learning, growing, and daring to dream — not just for herself, but for her entire community. She dreams of building a hospital in her village, where the vulnerable can receive treatment freely.
“I am happy because I am sponsored… many children cannot go to school, but for me, I can learn.”

We celebrate the woman who serves her family faithfully, the woman building her dreams, the woman raising the next generation, and the woman who continues to believe in God’s purpose for her life even through challenges. Afaayo Zzimba Project.
The Zzimba Project (Build Project) is aimed at building a community ministry-based centre of hope and discovery of the true meaning of life and its purposeful living beyond self.

The Afaayo House of Hope community-based centre is projected to be built in phases over a construction period of 3–5 years. It is constituted to house a basement and car-parking area, adult and children’s worship spaces along with different age child play and discipleship areas, a public skilling workshop for youths and teen mothers and single mothers, a public resource and library space for study, basic research and computer usage, a community hall for general community functions away from the sanctuary, a cafeteria and ministry offices, among other ministry and community-based spaces geared towards holistic empowerment for “Transformation Beyond Self.”
