Busia Law Courts observed the Dialogue day yesterday led with the Presiding Judge Hon. Justice William Musyoka at the Busia Law Court Grounds. We managed to also invite members of the CUC and Bar Bench to answer questions from the public. Busia Land Registrar, The Police and ODPP had their fair share of questions about their duties, responsibilities and efficiency.
Questions about backlog, Bond and Bail, Sexual Offenses and Succession cases were in bulk and we managed to answer all of them. It was a great exercise to help collect data and ensure that we align our systems to fulfill our mandate to the Public. No stones were left unturned.
We appreciate the Public, Stakeholders and Judiciary staff for the colorful ceremony.
