Welcome to the Pearls of Africa Special Needs Centres website. It was Sir Winston Churchill who said that "Uganda is the Pearl of Africa" as it is a very beautiful & fertile country with very hospitable & friendly people. It was King David in Psalm 139 who said that "we are fearfully & wonderfully made " In the Message version of the Bible it says -" I thank you, High God - You're breath taking! B

ody & soul, I am marvellously made!..... You know me inside & out, you know every bone in my body; You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit, how I was sculptured from nothing into something." At PASNEC we have a passion that our special needs children are NOT "nothings" as many people see them like that. They are fearfully & wonderfully made by God, like the rest of us. They are SPECIAL and are like PEARLS and deserve to be treated with love, respect and dignity.
