After realizing that the diseases, literacy, unemployment, poverty, ignorance, wars and natural disasters in Uganda have resulted into situations of vulnerability and moral degeneration, nothing that the most affected persons are the children, youth, and the elderly, and realizing that the current community initiative falls short in copying with the ever increasing number of poor women, needy yout

h and vulnerable children. Knowing that lack of coordination,information and other essential support effectively empower these affected persons with skills for self reliantlife.convinced that he would better address various short comings are faced by the poor and most vulnerable persons in the community through a coordinated effort as established. We the several persons whose names are subscribed here under constitution our selves into BID UGANDA being an interrectual and interdominational community based organization as means through which to address the needs of vulnerable persons in Uganda.
