Mission Foundation Two-Five

Mission Foundation Two-Five Mission Foundation Two-Five aka Project Two-Five is a non-profit organization based in Uganda. We believe education and job training are long-term solutions.

ABOUT US
The purpose of Project Two-Five is to empower the less privileged by the grace of God, so they can approach the issues of life with boldness, confidence and with some sense of dignity. We want to help people to discover their hidden greatness and potential in Christ Jesus. The organization was started by two men, Jim Nolan and Mac John Njidda, who have a desire to make a difference in the

lives of people in developing countries of Africa. Mark 6:41
Project Two-Five is a non-profit organization that works with people who want to help transform communities in a largely overlooked part of the world struggling with poverty, drugs and prostitution. OUR VALUES
PROJECT TWO-FIVE is a Christian charitable institution basing its operations on the Christian ethos. All programs are based on the following values.
• Christian love towards people of all nations, tribes, beliefs and ages.
• Respect for men and women equally.
• Integrity and honesty.
• Accountability and transparency.
• Respect for the local culture.
• Encouraging the use of local resources. THE FIVE PILLARS (PROJECTS/PROGRAMS)

VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS
We are currently running vocational training centers in three locations in Uganda. One is in Rhino Refugee Camp, another in Odia, Arua town, and still another is in Serere. SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE TRAINING
Mission Foundation Two-five runs a sustainable agriculture training course as a program of its own. This program entails teaching students innovative methods, practices and mechanics of farming. We do agro-ponics. Aquaponics, Ariel Farming, etc. We also teach our students about rearing different domestic animals and birds. We have an advance demonstration farm in pojulu for those interested to visit. The agric school is 250000 ugx. CHILDREN CENTER/NAZARETH HOUSE
The mission of project two-five runs a children ministry center knowns as Nazareth house where children come and are nurtured in four main areas of their lives as represented in Jesus own life in Luke 2:52 “And Jesus kept increasing in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and man”. Project Two-Five provides a place of refuge and a family model of care in facilitating the integration and rehabilitation of orphans and vulnerable children. The goal is to show them God’s love for every single person. SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT TWO-FIVE is a Christian charitable institution basing its operations in Christian ethos to enable the human race to benefit wholly on the provisions of God. To make this truth open to its beneficiaries, PROJECT TWO-FIVE has put in place deliberate programs that are geared towards achieving these goals. To affirm its commitment to the course. Growing up in a family unit needs the bond that although transcends human understanding, it is beneficial to humanity; that is love and care from God. The purpose of spiritual programs in PROJECT TWO-FIVE is to amplify the love of God to humanity as opposed to mere doctrinal teachings from the Holy Bible. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
In most African countries devoid of development or infrastructure investment for many decades, citizens struggle to fulfill minimum basic needs around food, water, health and education. This coupled with pervasive violent conflict and the country’s standing as the world’s newest nation necessitates a multi-sector, coordinated approach by the humanitarian aid community. Given the high credibility and relevance enjoyed by the local church, PROJECT TWO-FIVE services will be uniquely positioned to help meet many of these needs while strengthening the capacity of our principal partner to reinforce its role as an effective civil society institution in places of our work.
