Special thanks to Refugee Empowerment and Development Network RED-Net for given me the opportunity to learn and linking me to different programs. I am forever grateful.

To Global, thank you for human resources as well as financial support to ensure the success of this program. And I am grateful to learn how to pitch my idea in short time to catch audience attention and also to come with Hervoice Content Hub which will focus on empowering refugee and host Community women and girls in podcasting, storytelling, photography, video editing and also link them to opportunities that are marketable.

Everyone including refugees in police custody in Uganda has rights, including the right to know why they’ve been arrested, access legal counsel, apply for police bond and be free from torture or inhuman treatment.

However, many vulnerable refugees , women and girls don’t know these rights or how to exercise them.
