1. The youths are learning effectively.
2. The artisans have enough time for the youths (hence ful detailed training
3. The youths are impressed with the program.
4. The poultry youths planned to continue with the poultry farming as a business beyond the training period until they raise their own capital to shared for individual poultry business
5. The Hair dressing youths planned to continue as a group until they generate capital for individuals to start (continue working with the artisan, mobile saloon, etc)
6. The Hair dressing artisan planned to retain some best performing students.
7. RIAD Foundation planned to continue guiding the youths on business planning after the course.
8. Generally ,ACAV has Advised the youths to remain in groups to achieve their goals

The Director of BUGEMA University visited the intern students from his school for Supervision.
This happened at RIAD office Arua.
Positive feedback
This has initiated partnership and Collaboration with the school in a variety of programs especially skillngs.

A group photo after the women entrepreneurship awards, thanks to Arua city, European union, city alliance, ACAV Equity bank, Atilantis and the community for accepting RIAD Foundation as refugee led organisation to be part of the programme that is supporting displacement affected communities in Arua city.

The group leaders appreciated equity bank, Arua city, RIAD Foundation, ATILANTIS and the donor's for their support in awarding them with 3,003,050 each to boost their businesses.

: A delegation from Cities Alliance, the implementing partner for the Sustainable Urban Integration of Displacement Affected Communities (SUIDAC) project in Sub-Saharan Africa and hosted by UNOPS, is in Arua City to provide technical support in the ongoing implementation of the SUIDAC project.
The engagement focuses on reviewing SUIDAC progress, coordination, implementation experiences, reporting, and expected deliverables.
In attendance are representatives from Riad Foundation Uganda, ACAV, members of the City Executive Committee, the city’s SUIDAC technical implementation team, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Refugee-Led Organizations, and other stakeholders co-implementing the project in Arua City.
Arua City is currently implementing a UGX 3.4 billion SUIDAC project aimed at improving the integration and resilience of displacement-affected communities through inclusive urban development initiatives.
The Sustainable Urban Integration of Displacement Affected Communities (SUIDAC) project is funded by the European Union and implemented by Cities Alliance hosted by UNOPS.
