A wonderful and impactful fellowship today at the Rotary Club of Arua Eco City!
We were privileged to have Rotarian Kalokwera Gilbert deliver an insightful presentation on “Hygiene and Sanitation in Secondary Schools.”
He highlighted key areas including the importance of hygiene, challenges faced in schools, the effects of poor hygiene, good hygiene practices, improvement measures, and the roles of different stakeholders in promoting a healthy school environment.
In the same spirit, we were honored to have an official from the National Water and Sewerage Corporation, who is also a Rotarian in the names of Rotarian Jessica who is also a PE in our mother club. She provided valuable guidance and responded to questions raised, emphasizing that good hygiene and sanitation begin with access to clean and safe water. 💧
Thank you to everyone who attended both physically and online—your participation made the fellowship truly meaningful.
