Every morning before school, Brian has to walk to fetch water but the distance is about 2kilometres away from home

My name is Thomas Maguda from Uganda. I take care of children in our community.

Every day these little ones walk 3km to fetch dirty water from a swamp. This water makes them sick, but we have no choice. There is no clean well near us.

We have no phones, no toys, but they still smile. All they need is clean water to live a healthy life.

We started a GoFundMe to build one borehole well that will serve the whole village and change their lives forever.

The cost to build the borehole is $6,900

I don't want to be rich to buy big cars or big houses.

I want to be rich so that no orphan under my roof sleeps hungry.
Rich so that every child has school fees, shoes, and a bed.

For me, being rich means having enough to help others.

May God make us rich in a way that helps the poor. 🙏

The same God who provided today will provide tomorrow.

Be thankful for:
1. Life - Many didn't wake up today
2. Family - Many are alone
3. Little food - Many slept hungry

A thankful heart opens doors that complaining can never open.
