ABIM Development Forum (ADF) is a brainchild of patriotic people from Abim district who are committed to address the information gap among the community both within and outside the district. ADF serves to build up a critical mass of activists and a conscious community able to engage in development debates, shape public policy and decisions, monitor service delivery and hold their leaders accountab
le for their actions or inactions and the public resources that they manage. It is a neutral platform for sharing development updates, setting the development agenda, shaping public decisions and influencing public policy in Labwor and at regional and national levels on issues that have a bearing on Abim district. To collaborate with all stakeholders in Abim district and lead in information sharing and policy influencing for active citizen driven integrated and sustainable community development aimed at transforming Abim district and strengthening the future of all the vulnerable groups. OVERALL OBJECTIVE
To offer a platform for information exchange and seeking solutions to identified development challenges in the areas of; Civil Rights Empowerment, Women’s Rights, Child Protection and Land Rights Governance in Abim district.
