🌱 Серпневі сесії сільської ради завжди запам’ятовуються спекою. Але й продуктивною роботою також!
Сьогодні на 74-й позачерговій сесії депутати Широківської сільської ради розглянули та затвердили 42 питання.
Тож беріть чай із льодом або холодну воду — і нумо розбиратися з найважливішими рішеннями 👇
🛡 Безпека
Депутатський корпус затвердив Програму створення та використання місцевого матеріального резерву для запобігання та ліквідації надзвичайних ситуацій на 2027–2029 роки.
Простими словами: громада заздалегідь планує, які ресурси можуть знадобитися для реагування на надзвичайні ситуації. Бо в питаннях безпеки важливо не імпровізувати, а мати чіткий план і все необхідне для його виконання.
Також затвердили програму підтримки та розвитку КНП «Місцева пожежно-рятувальна служба Широківської громади». Наша безпекова мережа продовжує розвиватися, і один із перших запланованих кроків — розширення штату рятувальників на 12 осіб.
🎓 Освіта
Одразу кілька важливих рішень стосувалися освітньої мережі громади.
Перше — затвердили меморандуми про співпрацю з місцевими установами та підприємствами, які стануть майданчиками для профорієнтаційних зустрічей школярів. Тут діти зможуть не просто почути про різні професії, а на власні очі побачити, як працюють фахівці.
Відкривати світ професій нашим учням допомагатимуть фахівці клініки «Сімейний лікар Широківської громади», КНП «Місцева пожежно-рятувальна служба Широківської громади», обслуговуючої компанії «Моноліт-Сервіс», КП «Благводсервіс», агрофірми «Славутич» та місцевого СТО «AutoХата».
🍎 Потроху готуємося і до нового навчального року — депутати затвердили положення про організацію харчування учнів у закладах освіти громади.
Ще одне важливе рішення — тимчасове призупинення роботи Миколай-Пільської філії Петропільського ліцею. Наразі у філії навчається лише 21 учень. На кількість дітей суттєво вплинули війна, безпекова ситуація та виїзд частини сімей із громади.
Наголошуємо: рішення тимчасове. Учні та працівники філії за бажанням зможуть продовжити навчання та роботу в інших закладах освіти громади.
👨👩👧👦 Простір для дітей та сімей
Окремий пакет рішень стосувався будинку, який у громаді будували як малий груповий будинок (МГБ). Він мав стати частиною впровадження реформи системи догляду та підтримки дітей.
Однак через близькість громади до зони активних бойових дій реалізувати початковий задум наразі неможливо. Та будівля не стоятиме порожньою — вона все одно працюватиме для дітей.
Тепер тут буде центр для дітей та сімей, де реалізовуватиметься проєкт БО «Мережа 100 відсотків життя. Запоріжжя» за фінансової підтримки Дитячого фонду ООН (ЮНІСЕФ) у межах програми «Кращий догляд для кожної дитини».
Роботою нового простору в громаді опікуватимуться фахівці КУ «Центр соціальних послуг Широківської громади». І перші тестові заходи тут уже відбулися!
❤️ Допомога та підтримка
Практично на кожній сесії депутати ухвалюють рішення про матеріальну допомогу жителям у межах Програми підтримки Захисників і Захисниць України та членів їхніх сімей.
Цього разу таку підтримку отримали 12 жителів громади.
Одноразова грошова допомога за програмою передбачена, зокрема, для мобілізованих і демобілізованих військовослужбовців, у разі поранення, а також для підтримки родин у разі загибелі Захисника чи Захисниці.
Щоб ця підтримка продовжувалася й надалі, депутати також продовжили дію програми ще на два роки.

🌱 August sessions of the Village Council are always remembered for the heat. But also for productive work!
Today, at the 74th extraordinary session, the members of the Shyroke Village Council considered and approved 42 agenda items.

🛡 Safety
The Council approved the Programme for the Creation and Use of a Local Material Reserve for the Prevention and Response to Emergencies for 2027–2029.
Simply put, the community plans in advance what resources may be needed to respond to emergencies. When it comes to safety, it is important not to improvise, but to have a clear plan and everything needed to put it into action.
A programme to support and develop the Local Fire and Rescue Service of the Shyroke Community was also approved. Our community safety network continues to grow, and one of the first planned steps is to expand the rescue team by 12 people.
🎓 Education
Several important decisions concerned the community’s education system.
First, cooperation memorandums were approved with local institutions and businesses that will host career guidance meetings for school students. Children will have an opportunity not only to hear about different professions, but also to see professionals at work firsthand.
Our students will explore the world of professions together with specialists from the Family Doctor of the Shyroke Community Clinic, the Local Fire and Rescue Service of the Shyroke Community, Monolit-Service, Blahvodservice municipal utility company, Slavutych agricultural company, and the local AutoKhata service station.
🍎 We are also gradually preparing for the new school year. The Council approved regulations on organising meals for students in the community’s educational institutions.
Another important decision was the temporary suspension of the Mykolai-Pole branch of Petropil Lyceum. Currently, only 21 students attend the branch. The war, the security situation, and the relocation of some families from the community have significantly affected the number of students.
We would like to emphasise that this decision is temporary. Students and staff of the branch will be able, if they wish, to continue their studies and work at other educational institutions in the community.
👨👩👧👦 A Space for Children and Families
A separate package of decisions concerned a building that was being developed in the community as a Small Group Home. It was intended to become part of the reform of the child care and support system.
However, due to the community’s proximity to the active combat zone, it is currently impossible to implement the original plan. But the building will not remain empty — it will still serve children and families.
It will now become a Centre for Children and Families, where the charity organisation “100% Life. Zaporizhzhia” will implement a project with financial support from the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) under the “Better Care for Every Child” programme.
Specialists from the Shyroke Community Centre for Social Services will oversee the work of the new space. And the first pilot activities have already taken place there!
❤️ Assistance and Support
At almost every Council session, decisions are made to provide financial assistance to residents under the Programme to Support the Defenders of Ukraine and Their Families.
This time, 12 community residents received such support.
The programme provides one-time financial assistance, in particular, to mobilised and demobilised service members, those who have been wounded, as well as families in the event of the death of a Defender of Ukraine.
To ensure that this support continues, the Council also extended the programme for another two years.
