Дорогі друзі! Хочемо з радістю вам повідомити, що ми розпочали новий щорічний цикл клубних зустрічей в рамках проекту «Теплий дім». Першими в цьому сезоні відвідали нас підопічні «Чоловічого клубу». І в цю спекотну, літню пору року (+ 37°C) ми віришили втілити у життя ідею проведення дегустації пива найвідоміших брендів. Наш експерт Юрій Подолиний приготував розповідь-презентацію «Пивні традиції світу та України». Цікаво було почути, що, виявляється, ще до виходу єврейського населення з Єгипту, євреї масово виготовляли там пиво з ячменю та… фініків, і, доречі, пиво, виявляється, буває кошерним! Також з'ясували, що цей напій може використовуватись під час Авдали – щоб відділити святковий день від буденного. Почули про технології виготовлення продукту, рецепти, торгівельні марки і навіть анекдоти та веселі приказки на тему пива.
Найціннішим в цій зустрічі було тепле, приємне спілкування давніх друзів. Відчутно було, що ця невеличка перерва в місяць показала, що люди скучили одне за одним та за живим спілкуванням. Попереду на нас чекають ще багато різноманітних тем та зустрічей з цікавими лекторами. Dear friends! We are happy to inform you that we have started annual series of club meetings within the project “Warm Home”. The clients of our “Men’s club” were the first who visited us this season. In this hot summer time (+37 degrees Celsius) we decided to implement the idea of carrying out the degustation of the beer of the most popular brands. Our expert Yuryi Podolynyi prepared a story-presentation about “Beer traditions of the world and Ukraine”. It was interesting to hear that even before the exodus of the Jewish population from Egypt they had prepared beer from barley and … dates on a massive scale. And, by the way the beer is appeared to be kosher! We also found out that this drink can be used during Havdalah – to separate a holiday from an ordinary day. We heard about technologies of production, recipes, trademarks and even anecdotes and funny proverbs on the topic of beer. The most valuable thing of that meeting was warm and pleasant communication of old friends. It was felt that the short break a month long showed that the people missed each other and missed vivid communication. Many more various topics and meetings with interesting lecturers are waiting for us ahead.
