Ukraine-American Investment & Development Co. – це інвестиційна платформа, що базується в США та керується принципалом, яка розподіляє капітал за двома напрямками: розвиток нерухомості середнього ринку в Україні з генеруванням грошового потоку протягом одного року, а також інновації в оборонній сфері та технологіях подвійного використання.

👀 Приблизно 5 мільйонів доларів США основного капіталу наразі розподілено за обома напрямками як основу для ширшої інституційної інвестиційної платформи.

1️⃣ У сфері нерухомості UAID співпрацює з авторитетними місцевими забудовниками, використовуючи старший або мезонінний борг, привілейовані акції та аналогічні структури, щоб допомогти фінансувати проєкти з відповідним забезпеченням та гарантіями. Знаковим проєктом стало співфінансування реконструкції культового торгового центру «Жираф» в Ірпені, зруйнованого на початку повномасштабного вторгнення у 2022 році, але повністю відбудованого та знову відкритого з вражальним колом національних та міжнародних орендарів у грудні 2024 року.

2️⃣ У секторі оборонних технологій UAID очікує закрити приблизно від чотирьох до шести початкових інвестицій протягом наступних дванадцяти місяців. UAID зазвичай бере участь як міноритарний співінвестор, підтримуючи раунди, що проводяться відомими венчурними фондами, які активні в Україні.
