☄️ Є люди, про яких рідко говорять. Вони не на передовій, але щодня тримають свій невидимий фронт.
Це ті, хто тихо приходить до нашого центру і приносить речі. Без зайвих слів. Без камер.
📌 Скромно одягнена бабуся дістає з пакету чистий, випраний, випрасований одяг — складений з любов’ю. І ці речі відчуваються по-особливому, бо в них є турбота. 💞
📌 Але є й інші випадки. Коли залишають пакети без попередження, а всередині — брудні, пошкоджені речі, іноді зіпсовані міллю чи комахами.
Це вже не про допомогу. Це про неповагу — і до людей, які потребують, і до волонтерів.
☄️ Водночас є історії, які надихають.
📌 Днями до нас завітала пара молодят і передала великий пакет іграшок, зроблених власноруч. В’язані, акуратні, наповнені теплом — у кожній відчувалась душа. На жаль, ми не встигли запитати імен, але щиро вдячні за цей прояв турботи.
🙌 Саме такі вчинки формують справжню культуру допомоги.
☝️ Нагадуємо: до нас звертаються люди, які опинилися в складних життєвих обставинах.
Їм важливі не лише речі — їм важливі гідність, увага і людяність.
🙏 Тому просимо: передавайте лише ті речі, які є чистими, охайними та придатними до використання — ті, які ви самі могли б одягнути.
Ми не маємо ресурсу прати великі обсяги речей, утилізувати непридатне або працювати як сортувальний пункт для відходів.
Ми вдячні кожному, хто підтримує нашу діяльність. Водночас просимо з повагою ставитися до роботи волонтерів і до людей, для яких ця допомога призначена.
Наразі ми працюємо в умовах обмежених ресурсів і стикаємося з труднощами у покритті базових витрат, зокрема оренди приміщення.
📌 У зв’язку з цим повідомляємо: відтепер ми ведемо облік переданих речей і залишаємо за собою право відмовити в прийомі або повернути непридатні речі.
Без образ. Це необхідний крок для збереження якості допомоги.
Бо допомога — це не про «віддати непотріб».
Це про гідність. І про відповідальність.

☄️ There are people we rarely talk about. They’re not on the front line, but every day they hold their own invisible front.
These are the ones who quietly come to our center and bring donations. Without extra words. Without cameras.
📌 A modestly dressed elderly woman takes out clean, washed, neatly ironed clothes from her bag — folded with love. And these items feel different, because they carry care within them. 💞
📌 But there are also other cases. When bags are left without notice, and inside are dirty, damaged items, sometimes ruined by moths or insects.
This is no longer about helping. It’s about disrespect — both to those in need and to the volunteers.
☄️ At the same time, there are stories that inspire.
📌 Recently, a newlywed couple visited us and brought a large bag of handmade toys. Knitted, аккуратно crafted, filled with warmth — each one carried a piece of their heart. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to ask their names, but we are sincerely grateful for this act of care.
🙌 These are the actions that shape a true culture of helping.
☝️ We remind you: people who turn to us are going through difficult life circumstances.
What matters to them is not only the items — but also dignity, attention, and humanity.
🙏 Therefore, we kindly ask: please donate only items that are clean, neat, and suitable for use — the kind you would wear yourself.
We do not have the resources to wash large volumes of clothing, dispose of unusable items, or operate as a sorting facility for waste.
We are grateful to everyone who supports our work. At the same time, we ask you to treat the work of volunteers and the people receiving this help with respect.
Currently, we operate under limited resources and face difficulties covering basic expenses, including rent for our premises.
📌 In this regard, we inform you: from now on, we are keeping records of donated items and reserve the right to refuse acceptance or return unsuitable items.
No offense — this is a necessary step to maintain the quality of assistance.
Because help is not about “getting rid of what you don’t need.”
It is about dignity. And responsibility.
