As you may know, SoftServe has been organizing education for students for many years already. This year is not an exception and that's why we're proud to announce the next level of partnership with Lviv Polytechnic University within the SoftServe Dual Study program. Together we have launched the first-ever Technical Communication course in Ukraine as a part of the university's educational program. We conducted a series of lectures for masters of applied linguistics at Lviv National Polytechnic University, during which we taught students the basics of the TechComm job. After all, we are convinced that education is the path to our bright future. 🚀

We're proud to share that we continue hosting cool speakers at our TechComm Night events. On October 12, our second gathering this year, both of them were seasoned Technical Communicators indeed - Renate Kempf and Jonatan Lundin - both Ph.D. and with 25 years of experience in our job! You can imagine how much we can learn from them, right?

Last week, a wonderful thing happened in the TechComm world - our beloved soap technical communication went live after two years break (YAY), finally!💟 What makes us even happier, is our SoftServe colleague Anna Yatskiv who debuted there as a speaker with the topic "How to make sense of the API documentation mess" 🤩
Lucky are those who face the same initial situation as Anna did on her project because she explained in 20 mins her 6+ months story of how she and her team organized the mess in the processes.
Congratulations, Anna, on your first time giving a talk! 🎉 We hope to see you more on stage and encourage all of you to speak up more 😉 There are many fellow writers around you trying to solve similar work challenges as you perhaps already coped with.
