UA Lifeline

UA Lifeline Our mission - To serve individuals and families suffering from the effects of this war with Russia! Seven days a week. Our work doesn’t stop when the cameras do.

💛 Who We Are

UA Lifeline is a humanitarian organization based in Lviv, Ukraine, born out of compassion, courage, and the unwavering belief that every life matters. Our mission is simple yet profound — to serve those suffering from the horrors of this brutal war unleashed by Russia and to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those defending Ukraine’s freedom.

💙 What We Do

Our work is threefold, but o

ur purpose is one — to save lives, restore dignity, and bring hope where it’s fading.

1️⃣ We provide safety and shelter for the displaced. Every day, families flee from cities, towns, and villages that no longer exist — places reduced to ashes. At our safe houses and partner shelters, they find:
• Hot, nourishing meals prepared by caring local and international chefs
• Showers and clean clothing to wash away days of fear and exhaustion
• Warm beds and quiet rooms for rest and recovery
• Compassionate volunteers who help them process trauma, regain stability, and plan their next steps to safety across the border

2️⃣ We move lifesaving aid where it’s needed most. Through a network of trusted partners across Poland, Romania, and Slovakia, we receive and deliver critical supplies into Ukraine — including tactical and civilian medical gear, protective equipment, and humanitarian aid. Every item is sorted, prioritized, and rapidly distributed to where it will do the most good — hospitals, clinics, frontline units, and shelters in the hardest-hit regions: Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

3️⃣ We train and equip defenders to protect their own. In partnership with MOD/MOI elements, we provide formalized security and safety training for local Volunteer and Territorial Defense Forces in Lviv — empowering ordinary citizens to defend their homes, families, and freedom.

💛 Where We Operate

Our headquarters is in Lviv, but our reach extends across Ukraine. From Kyiv to Kharkiv, Dnipro to Zaporizhzhia, Irpin to Izyum, our teams and partners are there — often in the most dangerous zones — delivering hope on every convoy.

💙 When We Serve

Day and night. Whether it’s winter snow or air raid sirens, UA Lifeline keeps moving.

💛 Why We Do It

Because every heartbeat of this nation deserves to go on. Because compassion is stronger than cruelty. Because love for Ukraine drives us forward when exhaustion sets in. Our mission will continue — until the day victory, freedom, and peace return to every Ukrainian home.
Слава Україні! Glory to Ukraine! 💙💛

надати чітке пояснення щодо змін тарифної політики;
визначити механізм для неприбуткових організацій, які забезпечують проживання ВПО;
невідкладно врегулювати ситуацію, щоб уникнути закриття прихистків;

Preparing the next UA Lifeline mission

Another UA Lifeline resupply mission is in the works. We will be delivering requested supplies where they are needed.

Since the first days of the war, UA Lifeline has supported Ukraine by housing refugees from the east, establishing international logistics channels for incoming aid, and conducting resupply and humanitarian missions.

For this trip we are preparing a mix of requested equipment, practical field items, and humanitarian supplies that will support people operating in difficult conditions as well as displaced families being assisted by local organizations.

We are currently raising the final funds needed to purchase the remaining items before we move forward.
If you would like to support this effort, it would mean a great deal.

Venmo and PayPal QR codes are included in this post. Donations can also be made through the website.

If you’d like more information about the mission or what is being procured, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Hello friends,

I’m reaching out to ask for help locating a volunteer-friendly Ukrainian civil / real estate lawyer who may be willing to provide brief pro bono advice (not necessarily full representation unless it vomes to that).

I am currently facing a landlord dispute related to lease termination and security deposit in Lviv. I have been living and volunteering in Ukraine throughout the war and operate a small humanitarian organization supporting civilians and frontline defenders. Due to ongoing humanitarian commitments and relocation costs, I cannot afford private legal fees.
At this stage, I’m simply seeking:

• review of lease documents
• guidance on tenant rights / wear & tear
• advice on deposit recovery
• help navigating handover procedure
If anyone knows a lawyer sympathetic to humanitarian volunteers or willing to help on a pro bono basis, I would be deeply grateful for the connection.

I have 6 days before the handover takes place, so need to move quickly.

Thank you in advance for any referrals or leads
Rob

URGENT REQUEST – WINTER GEAR FOR NEWLY MOBILIZED SOLDIER

Friends,

A Ukrainian man was conscripted just three weeks ago. After only 11 days of basic training, he is now being prepared for deployment to the front — in the middle of winter.
He was issued almost nothing. He has no proper winter boots, no adequate winter parka, and only an old steel helmet.

I’m personally providing an IFAK, but he urgently still needs basic cold-weather gear so he can survive and function in these conditions.
If anyone is able to help, we are looking for:
• Winter boots (military/outdoor grade)
• Winter parka / insulated jacket
• Warm layers (thermal base layers, fleece, socks, gloves)
A decent ballistic helmet

• Funds to purchase these items locally as fast as possible

If you can donate gear or contribute funds so I can buy this immediately and get it to him, please DM me.
Time matters here.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Ukraine — especially in moments like this.

SEPTEMBER–OCTOBER FUNDRAISERS:
Delivered!

Thank you.
Because of your support during our September–October fundraising efforts, UA Lifeline was able to purchase, prepare, and deliver critical aid where it was urgently needed.
These efforts supported:

Frontline defenders with equipment and essential supplies

Humanitarian aid including food, hygiene products, and medications

Vulnerable civilians, including an elderly diabetic woman and a sick five-year-old child who required specific medications

Large distributions of blankets, winter jackets, coats, and shoes

Delivery of a laptop and printer to a children’s center under the Ministry of Culture

Essential operational support, including repairs to our primary vehicle that allowed purchasing and deliveries to continue

The photos and thank-you videos shared here show just a portion of what was made possible by donors who chose to act.

This work doesn’t happen without trust. It doesn’t happen without consistency. And it doesn’t happen without people willing to step up when others are in need.

To everyone who supported these efforts, whether through donations, sharing, or encouragement, thank you. Your impact is real, and it’s felt.

More to come.

💥💙💛 URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT! 💙💛💥

This is a HUGE step forward!

UA Lifeline is now officially recognized as a registered U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization!

For our U.S. supporters, this means donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law — and for all of us, it means greater transparency, accountability, and the ability to scale our impact.

This isn’t just a box checked or paperwork completed.
It’s a turning point.

This status strengthens our ability to fundraise responsibly, move faster, and deliver aid more efficiently, especially as Ukrainian soldiers continue holding the line through winter, facing both the enemy and brutal conditions so many of us don’t have to.

Every donation now goes through a fully recognized nonprofit structure. Every dollar carries more weight. Every act of support helps us operate at the next level.

This milestone was made possible by the trust and belief of donors who supported UA Lifeline long before it was “official.” We are deeply grateful, and we’re just getting started.

As we move forward with Operation Winter Shield 2025, this step allows us to expand winter support for frontline soldiers and ensure help reaches them when it matters most.

Thank you for standing with us.
Thank you for believing in the mission.
The work continues — stronger than before.

💛🇺🇦 GRATITUDE BEYOND BORDERS — NORTH CAROLINA

In the heart of Davidson, North Carolina, compassion found a home.
At Flat Iron Kitchen & Taphouse, neighbors, friends, and new faces came together for a special evening in support of Ukraine — a night filled with community, conversation, and shared purpose.

The highlight of the evening was the stunning artwork of Elizaveta Borsuk-Hall, whose six original pieces headlined our auction. Her art spoke to the strength, beauty, and resilience of Ukraine, reminding us that creativity can be a powerful form of resistance — and healing. 🎨💙

The citizens of Davidson showed what true community looks like — their warmth, generosity, and kindness filled the room. Guests enjoyed a beautiful dinner, meaningful conversation, and the chance to turn goodwill into impact.

UA Lifeline extends heartfelt thanks to Inna Collins, whose energy and generosity helped make this event possible; to Chef Bill, owner of Flat Iron Kitchen & Taphouse, and Victoria, the restaurant’s general manager, whose hospitality and professionalism created an atmosphere of family and friendship; and to the entire Flat Iron team, whose support and kindness made this gathering unforgettable. 🌻

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended and contributed, as well as to our local supporters and donors who made the auction a success. Your compassion continues to fuel UA Lifeline’s mission to deliver hope and essential aid to those most affected by the war.

Because of your kindness, UA Lifeline will continue to provide:
🥫 Food, medicine, and hygiene products to civilians in eastern towns and villages.
🩺 Tactical medical supplies and drone components to defenders on the front lines.
🚙 Vehicle repairs and maintenance that keep our aid missions moving forward.

Every act of giving builds another lifeline of hope for those who need it most.

If this mission moves you, join us.
Donate, partner, or help share the story — together, we keep hope alive. 💛💙
