CACTUS is a nongovernmental English - speaking organization aimed at promoting civil activism and project management among Ukrainian youth. It is implemented in 3 stages: Practice CACTUS Seminars, CACTUS Summer Forum and Participants’ Projects. CACTUS Program was founded in 2009 and became a nongovernmental organization in January of 2016. So now it is the 8th year that we are educating Ukrainian youth about the fundamentals of community service, civic activism, and global awareness.
