📣🧘🏻‍♀️🌿Discover inner peace and mental health with our transformative meditation project in Finland!🦌🇫🇮

⏰30 October - 6 November 2023

ℹ️During the project, you will be guided by a team of experienced trainers who are using nature as a tool for intercultural and non-formal learning programmes. We will learn meditation and relaxation through outdoor activities and connecting with environment in the Finnish forests.
