Експерт Міжнародної академії інформації опублікував результати дослідження протидії дезінформації, створеної штучним інтелектом
Експерт Міжнародної академії інформації опублікував наукову статтю в міжнародному фаховому виданні, де розглядаються питання протидії дезінформації, створеної за допомогою штучного інтелекту. У дослідженні аналізується підкреслюється важливість узгодження екстрених заходів протидії дезінформації з міжнародним правом та принципами свободи слова.
У статті пропонується класифікація повноважень українських органів влади на превентивні заходи, а також протидії та реагування на російську дезінформацію, зокрема створену за допомогою штучного інтелекту.
Також розглядається законодавство ЄС та США у цій сфері та необхідність масштабування правових механізмів для подолання викликів, пов’язаних із дезінформацією.

An expert from the International Academy of Information has published the results of a study on countering disinformation generated by artificial intelligence
An expert from the International Academy of Information has published a scientific article in an international specialized journal, addressing issues of countering disinformation generated using artificial intelligence. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning emergency measures against disinformation with international law and the principles of freedom of speech.
The article proposes a classification of the powers of Ukrainian authorities concerning preventive measures, as well as strategies for countering and responding to russian disinformation, including that created with artificial intelligence.
Additionally, it examines the legislation of the EU and the US in this area and highlights the need to scale up legal mechanisms to address challenges related to disinformation.
