Разом із законом (РЗ) – правозахисна громадська організація, що створена у 2008 році небайдужими представниками мусульманської громади м. Києва, з метою захисту та реалізації конституційних прав і основоположних свобод громадян. Діяльність організації спрямована на вирішення правових питань, що стосуються суспільних інтересів мусульман України, незалежно від їх національної, етнічної, расової, гендерної чи політичної приналежності.
Основними напрямками роботи організації є:
• моніторинг порушень релігійних прав, зокрема жінок-мусульманок та допомога жертвам порушень прав людини;
• моніторинг порушень прав і свобод вірян на тимчасово окупованих територіях;
• незалежні розслідування фактів порушень прав людини;
• протидія дискримінації, боротьба з корупцією і безкарністю;
• підвищення правової обізнаності та громадської свідомості;
• вирішення суспільних питань шляхом адвокаційної діяльності.
У своїй діяльності РЗ керується принципами неупередженості і недискримінації, чесності, відкритості, конфіденційності. ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Together with the Law - Human rights NGO established in 2008 by concerned representatives of the muslim community in Kyiv to protect and implement the constitutional rights and fundamental freedoms of citizens. The organization's activities are aimed at resolving legal issues related to the public interests of muslims in Ukraine, regardless of their national, ethnic, racial, gender or political affiliation. The main activities of the Оrganization are:
• monitoring violations of religious rights, including Muslim women, and assisting victims of Human rights violations;
• monitoring violations of the rights and freedoms of believers in the temporarily occupied territories;
• independent investigations into Human rights violations;
• anti-discrimination, fight against corruption and impunity;
• raising legal awareness and public consciousness in the field of Human rights and legislation;
• solving public issues through advocacy. In its activities, the Organization is guided by the principles of impartiality and non-discrimination, honesty, openness and confidentiality.
